The Controller serves as a key partner to the General Manager and leadership team, leading all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and internal controls while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and trust in the Club’s financial picture. This role plays an important part in supporting decision-making, strengthening financial understanding across departments, overseeing member billing with professionalism and empathy, and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and teamwork.
This is a visible leadership position for an experienced financial professional who enjoys both technical excellence and meaningful partnership with people.
