Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring HHAs in Port Washington, NY to provide high-quality, one-on-one care for our private-pay clients in the comfort of their homes.
Job Type: Per Diem
Location: Port Washington, NY
Shifts Available: Daytime and weekend shifts (6–12 hours)
Start Date: Immediate
Competitive Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

One-on-One Patient Care: Build meaningful relationships and deliver personalized care
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being
Follow individualized care plans
Valid NYS HHA Certification
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Minimum of 1 year experience as an HHA
Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
Current physical exam (within 1 year)
Valid PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization (within the last 10 years)
Driver’s license preferred
